2009 - 2010 Northwest Directors Series

—    $550 series pricing includes attendance at all 2009-10 Seattle-Northwest Chapter NACD programs (in both Seattle and Portland) and 2 events but does not include Director of the Year Event
—    Up to 8 hours Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Corporate Directors Institute (CDI) director education credits by attending at least 4 programs
—    CDI is the NACD’s Director Education Certification Program for directors of public and private corporations—our programs provide annual continuing credits only
—    ISS Accreditation for public board members is reported annually upon completion

Registration Policies:

 —    Online registration must be completed no later than the day of the first program you wish to attend.  The latest possible registration would be for the January program.  (If the January, February, March, and May meetings are attended, this fulfills your requirement.)  

 —    Director Series registration fee is non-refundable after Friday, September 18, 2009.  

 —    Individual meeting fees may not be applied to the Directors Series - you must sign up for the series before attending the first meeting you wish to apply to continuing education credits.  

—    Directors Series Participants will receive a monthly email reminder to sign up for that month's meeting.  Please follow the instructions in the email.

—    Parking is not included in the Directors Series
